YOGA

A union between the body and the mind.  Yoga improves strength, flexibility and balance. Promotes a sense of peace and well-being. This is a great activity for the body, mind and spirit. 60 minute class.

STEEL MILL HIIT

Wednesday  5:30pm

This high intensity interval training (HIIT) class consists of periods of vigorous activity with short rest breaks. This workout will burn calories and fat, increase strength, boost confidence, improve aerobic endurance, aid coordination, increase balance, changing lifestyle outlook and motivate long-term health.  You can expect calisthenics such as pushups, lunges and crunches and plyometric moves and jumps, all in a circuit training format.

30-35 minute class.

STRENGTH & RESISTANCE

Monday 6:00pm

Tuesday 5:30pm

Thursday  5:30pm

Saturday  10:30am

A low impact class that uses dumbbells to build muscle and strength. This workout will target different muscles with each class such as shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings, glutes and more. Incudes stretching to finish up.      45 minute class.

LOW IMPACT TONING

Monday 12:00pm

Wednesday  12:00pm

This low impact training class consists of opportunities to improve strength, balance and flexibility.  Perfect for beginners, seniors and those with mobility issues. Use light hand weights and resistance bands on a stability ball or chair for full body toning, balance and flexibility. 30 minute class.

SUPER SENIOR DANCE PARTY

Friday  12:30pm

This is a low impact cardio for

older adults who love to groove

to classic rock & roll. 

30 minute class.
