We are currently a 20,000 square foot facility where space is plentiful and cleanliness is a top priority.  Our gym has the flexibility that works with your lifestyle.  Whether its free weights, power lifting, easy to use circuits, cardio equipment or instructor led classes, we can meet your individual needs.
